Welcome to Rubreek. These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rubreek Limited ('Rubreek,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'), governing your access to and use of the Rubreek platform, including our website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the 'Service').

At Rubreek, we are committed to quality feedback and the protection of user privacy. By using any part of the platform and its services, you're agreeing to uphold all our policies and standards in all your interactions. These rules, policies and standards ensure everyone benefits from constructive, respectful feedback that genuinely improves products.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Service
- Refers to Rubreek's product feedback platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and all related tools and services.
- User
- Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service, including product creators, feedback providers, and visitors.
- Account
- Refers to a registered profile on our Service that enables Users to access certain features and functionalities.
- Content
- Refers to all feedback, comments, text, images, videos, code, data, and other materials that Users submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through our Service.
- Product
- Refers to any digital product, prototype, design, or concept that a User submits for feedback through our Service.
- Rubreeks
- Refers to the digital tokens used within our platform as the currency for requesting and providing feedback, available in three types: Roast Rubreeks, Structured Rubreeks, and Technical Rubreeks.
- Feedback
- Refers to the reviews, comments, suggestions, and evaluations provided by Users regarding Products submitted to our Service.

10. Geographic Restrictions
10.1 Service Availability
The Service is based in the European Union and provided for access and use primarily by persons located in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you access the Service from other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
10.2 Restricted Territories
We do not authorize the use of our Service in any location where offering, accessing, or using the Service would be contrary to local law or regulation. The Service is specifically not available in countries subject to EU sanctions or other applicable international sanctions, including but not limited to:

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, RUBREEK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS;
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
- THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;
- THE QUALITY OF ANY FEEDBACK, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;
- ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED;
- FEEDBACK RECEIVED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, VALUABLE, OR IMPROVE YOUR PRODUCT;
- USERS WILL HONOR CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS; OR
- THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RUBREEK, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM:
- THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE;
- ANY CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR ANY TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT CESSATION OF THE SERVICE;
- THE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
- THE DELETION OF, CORRUPTION OF, OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY CONTENT OR OTHER DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE;
- STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR
- ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER TORTS.
